Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing from your order. Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 7907511774, along with a mandatory continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video showing the package and the product clearly. This video is required to process any return or exchange claim. We do not accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the colour or size after delivery. For approved cases, we offer exchange only and do not provide cash refunds.
