Eligible Returns

We accept return requests only if the product you receive is:

  • Damaged
  • Broken
  • Incorrect
  • Missing from your order

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product’s colour, appearance, or size after delivery.

Report an Issue Within 24 Hours

If you receive a damaged, broken, incorrect, or incomplete order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange claim.

The video should clearly show the package from the beginning of the unboxing process, including the outer packaging, package opening, and the product received.

This requirement helps us verify the condition of the package and product and protects both our customers and Nimv Collections from incorrect or fraudulent claims.

Claims submitted without the required unboxing video may not be accepted.

Exchange Instead of Refund

For approved return claims, we provide a replacement or exchange only.

We do not offer cash refunds for approved return cases.

The replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that the claim meets our return conditions.

Return Shipping Charges

For approved return or exchange cases, the return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Do not return an item without receiving instructions from our team.

Product Inspection

Once the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected to verify the reported issue and ensure that the product corresponds to the original order.

If the return is approved, the replacement will be processed and dispatched accordingly.
